Location:
You'll love vacationing in this quiet bay front neighborhood, so close to a beautiful, uncrowded, private Brewster beach. There's always plenty of beach, high tide or low. And at low tide, of course, you can walk for miles out on the famous Brewster Flats.  Kids love making discoveries in the tidal pools and tracking moon snails by following the trail they leave behind.  Build a sand castle on one of the sandbars, then watch from the beach as the tide rolls in to eventually claim it. Don't worry, kids: every high tide is followed by another low one -- you can do it all over again tomorrow!
This neighborhood beach adjoins Brewster's Breakwater public town beach, so there are always plenty of "new friends" for the kids to hook up with if they choose to. Also, this beach never disappears at high tide -- always a sandy beach to play on for the kids, or relax on for the adults. 
From this property you can walk or bike up to the popular Brewster Store on Route 6A for everything from a newspaper to an ice cream cone.  Don’t miss Uncle Pete’s Chowder house or the Woodshed for live music.

Outside Living Space:
There is a large yard which gives you a lot of space.  There is a good size deck which wraps around two sides of the house where you will find a table and chairs and the gas grill.
On the other side of the beach house is where you will find the clothesline to hang up those wet bathing suits and sandy wet beach towels.  The outside enclosed shower is conveniently located here.
From the screened porch there is a peek of the Bay from the house.  Most likely you will spend a lot of time on this screened porch.  No more issues with mosquitoes or even a rain shower.  What a great place to watch a summer thunderstorm from.

Inside Living Space
There is living space on three levels in this house. There's a good sized living room on the main level, which flows into the open dining area and out to the screened porch.  Between the living room and kitchen, there is a full bath.
On the lower level, there's a TV area. A great place for the kids to be on their own. From there, you walk out to a patio area under the screened porch above. 
In the unfinished basement area, you will find the W/D.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms and the main level 2 bedrooms too.
You have cable TV, wireless Internet and air conditioning via split units.  


Sleeping Accommodations
There is sleeping for up to nine in four bedrooms.. The home has two full renovated baths, one on the main level and one on the upper level.
Main level:  2 bedrooms
One bedroom has a queen and the other bedroom a single.
Upper Level:  2 bedrooms
One bedroom has a queen and a single and the other bedroom has 3 singles.
