You won’t have to worry about parking for the beach. You can walk there, and not in the road, either. Here you have private paths to two of the best beaches on Cape Cod Bay. You’ll have your feet in the sand at either Mayflower or Bayview Beach in five minutes or less. You’ll want to come back for sunset. It can be absolutely stunning over the Bay. And after sunset take a short walk to Chapin's - a great spot for dinner and cocktails!
You’ll also get a sweet sunset back at the house, where you will quickly see why the road where it’s located is called Dunes View, as you gaze upon the sandy dunes which define the coast for this section of the bay.
When you come off the beach, rinse off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower and relax beside the beautiful new, heated pool. Or get the kids started on a game of “Marco Polo,” while you slip into the soothing hot tub.
The outdoor living spaces here are superb, and the pool is just the beginning. Walk through the gate to discover an entirely separate outdoor living space with a large dining table and chairs, the hot tub, a gas fire pit and a big gas grill. Upper-level decks provide an entrancing elevated perspective of the carefully maintained, private yard and gardens, as well as the beach dunes beyond. The upstairs grand open deck provides awning shaded seating.
Inside you will be charmed by the cheery, bright, open concept floor plan. The gleaming new kitchen offers everything you could ask for and more. Top of the line stainless appliances, abundant granite counters and a wet bar with a wine fridge are just part of the story. Adjacent to the kitchen there’s a large dining table which seats twelve with three more seats at the kitchen island, which has a handy second sink for more efficient meal prep. The kitchen and dining area flows smoothly into the living room with lounge seating and a large wall mounted TV.
There is sleeping for 12, starting with two main level bedrooms, each with a comfy queen size bed. They share a beautifully renovated, spacious full bath. The upper level has the other two bedrooms, which are each a primary suite with a generous king size bed and private full bath, one with a two-person shower. The house offers a large bonus space over the pool cabana, which includes a great room with a large TV, a full bath and plenty of lounge seating. There are four single XL beds here, two of which are built in trundles, increasing the sleeping accommodations to a total of 12. The pool cabana offer yet another space with another television and bar that opens to the pool area. Off the cabana there is a new half bath for use from the pool area.
This home has four full baths and one half bath. There’s central air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart/cable TV, a Sonos® Sound System and a ping pong table for guest use.
