The house is set back more than 200 feet from the road on a 1.2-acre parcel, which is quite rare so close to the bay. Revel in the large yard and patio, offering plenty of space for both play and relaxation.
You are only 0.25 miles from Corporation Beach, one of Dennis’ top spots. Swim in the calm, warm bay waters, explore the flats at low tide, or relax in the sun on the beach. Visit the snack bar for a quick bite, and enjoy the swing set and playground right near the beach. Don’t miss the stunning sunsets over the bay every evening!
Back at the house, you will enjoy modern finishes and spacious living areas. Built in 2007, the home features 9-foot ceilings and accented vaulted ceilings to optimize space and light. The main level includes the main living room, with plenty of cozy seating and a large TV. The primary bedroom is off the living room and features a queen bed and a good-sized private bathroom with a shower, dual vanity, and water closet.
Upstairs, you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms: the first three have queen beds and share a full bath. The final bedroom has 3 traditional twin beds, a queen bed, a TV, and a lounge area. It also has a private bathroom.
