This stunning waterfront home offers direct access to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay, with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets from the porch and back yard. You can walk out on the “Flats” for a mile or more at low tide, then, a few hours later, swim in the warm Bay water at high tide. The home sits on a nicely landscaped yard that gently slopes toward the shoreline. It is about a 15-minute walk or a 3 mins drive to local favorites such as the Brewster Store, Brewster Scoop Ice Cream, Uncle Pete’s Chowder House, and The Woodshed Bar.
Outside Living Space
The property offers exceptional outdoor living space, including a covered deck that spans most of the entire water side of the house, which is where you’ll find the hot tub and the large gas grill. The east end of the deck is shaded by a patio umbrella. There’s another, smaller deck on the second level, which provides a stunning, elevated Bay view. The large yard slopes toward the shoreline, providing direct access to the private beach.
Inside Living Space
The spacious and sun-drenched living room features vaulted ceilings, comfy lounge seating and a flat screen TV.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances and additional high boy seating at the kitchen peninsula. The dining area connects to the kitchen and provides sweeping water views.
