Location:
The property is as close to the water as you can get, overlooking the beach and Cape Cod Bay! It is a short walk or bike ride to historic route 6A (Main Street) where there are many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on Cape Cod Bay as you sit in the yard or on the beach.
Outside Living:
There is a large nicely landscaped level yard. Good for whiffle ball or frisbee.
At the back of the cottage, there is a good sized covered deck with amazing views of the Bay.
Four steps from the main level deck brings you to the private stairs down to the private beach shared only by two other homes. Cape Cod Bay provides warm calm water and, of course, dramatic low tides that create the expansive famous Brewster flats. The property has mature plantings giving a good deal of privacy from neighboring homes. There is a detached garage also, ideal for storing bikes or kayaks. You'll find plenty of beach chairs and other beach items in the garage for your use. There is an oversized outdoor shower as well.
Inside Living:
The floor plan is a classic Cape Cod cottage. There are original hardwood floors. A fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances flows into the dining room and living areas. There is a full bath on the main level.
There is a large window air conditioning unit in the living room that cools the entire main level.
In addition, there is a washer/dryer in the basement.
Sleeping Accomodations
The three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping possibilities. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit.
The first floor bedroom has a queen bed.
The largest bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen bed also. This bedroom has two oversized sliders that access the upper level deck with expansive, elevated water views. Imagine waking up in the morning to this view!
The last bedroom is also upstairs and has two queen beds and its own slider door access to the upper level deck.
There is a full bath on the second level.
