Tucked away on a quiet, no-outlet lane in an appealing Brewster bayside neighborhood, this barely 20-year-old vacation home lives up to its name, “As It Should Be.” It’s just a four-minute stroll down the road to popular Ellis Landing Beach. There you can swim at high tide or walk for miles on the famous Brewster Flats at low tide. Kids love discovering the various critters that inhabit the tidal pools on the Flats.
Built for outdoor summer living, this property has a spacious, delightful screened porch with plenty of comfy, high-end rattan furniture, an ideal arrangement for dining al fresco. There’s also an adjacent patio providing a picnic table and gas grill. The enclosed outdoor shower is at the other end of the house for privacy.
Inside, you’ll be pleased with the open, very social and cheery common living space. The roomy, well-equipped kitchen has counter seating for socializing during meal prep. The kitchen opens to the adjacent dining area, which in turn, walks out to the big screened porch, where you’ll likely spend most of your time. The living room has nice lounge seating. There’s a flat screen smart TV with cable. Complete air conditioning is achieved via split units throughout the house. The home also provides high-speed WIFI to keep you connected.
The primary bedroom is on the main level and features a big, king-size bed. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combination on the main level as well. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper level and have a queen and twins, respectively. There’s another TV in the twin bedroom. The two upper level bedrooms share the second full bath, also with a tub/shower combination.
