Location
Tucked away on a quiet, no-outlet unpaved lane in an appealing Brewster bayside neighborhood, this removated vacation home is a four-minute stroll to Ellis Landing Beach. You can swim at high tide or walk for miles on the famous Brewster Flats at low tide. Kids enjoy discovering the critters in the tidal pools.
You are also just a short walk to Main Street in Brewster where you will find restaurants, ice cream and some shops.
Outside Living Space
Built for outdoor summer living, the property has a spacious screened porch with high-end rattan furniture, ideal for dining al fresco. You will spend a lot of your time here. An adjacent patio provides a picnic table and gas grill. The enclosed outdoor shower sits at the opposite end of the house for privacy.
Inside Living Space
Inside, the open and cheerful common living space includes a roomy, well-equipped kitchen with counter seating. The kitchen opens to the dining area, which walks out to the screened porch. The living room has lounge seating and a flat screen smart TV with cable. Air conditioning is provided by split units throughout the home. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.
Sleeping Accommodations
Main level: Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath with tub/shower combination.
Upper level: One bedroom with a queen bed; one bedroom with twin beds and a TV; shared full bath with tub/shower combination.
