It’s rare to find a home on the water with a salt water heated pool and a dock for the kayaks that are provided or your boat which you can launch at the nearby Ryder's Cove marina. Perched above scenic Frost Fish Creek, this newly renovated home is set to welcome guests. Renovated and refreshed, the home has all the modern comforts. The custom kitchen has all you’ll need to prepare any meal for you and your guests. You can enjoy your meal at one of two dining tables inside or dine alfresco on the spacious patio or by the pool.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed and a stunning new bathroom. You have water views from the bedroom and bathroom. The next bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins which can be converted into a king. There’s a full bathroom shared by these bedrooms.
There are multiple living areas on the main level, one with a spacious sectional with water views and the other serves as the main TV lounge. There’s a third lounge area on the finished lower level as well with another TV. You’ll also find a day bed with a trundle that converts into two twin sized beds with a powder room on the same level.
You’ll no doubt spend most of your time on the patio watching the tide ebb and flow. The new heated saltwater pool provides recreation and cooling as needed and you will find an enclosed outdoor shower for your enjoyment as well.
You have views of the creek poolside as well, an unusual combo. You can also get out on the water with the kayaks provided. Frost Fish Creek connects out to Pleasant Bay for an ideal calm water experience. Or bring your shallow draft power boat and tie it up at the dock for your stay, keeping an eye on the tide. The boat ramp is just up the street at Ryder’s Cove. We understand there is a $150 fee.
Both the backyard and pool area are fenced and ideal for supervised pets and children.
Downtown Chatham is a 3–5-minute drive for dining and shopping. There are also several beaches within a short drive. The house is equipped with high-speed internet and is also fully air conditioned. Stay Salty offers luxury level living with a private pool, dock, and water views. A most unusual and desirable combination.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 215.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June and September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
