Location
It's unusual to find a true four bedroom home in Brewster within a seven-minute walk of a perfect sandy beach (Saints Landing) and nine minutes to another (Mants Landing). The home is located in a very quiet upscale residential neighborhood close to the beaches with a lot of spacing between houses. With very little traffic, it is an ideal place for children to ride bikes. The property is close to historic 6A where there are many shops and restaurants.
Outside Living Space
The yard is large and beautifully landscaped. It is also flat allowing for a whiffle ball game or frisbee.
The deck, off the kitchen slider, overlooks the back yard. This offers additional living space to enjoy the sea breezes. Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco. There is a wood burning fire pit in the back yard as well and is surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There is an enclosed outdoor shower which is a warm-weather pleasure and a Cape Cod tradition!
Inside Living Space
The home has plenty of indoor living space with two lounge areas. There is space to be together and enough space to be separate.
The house has undergone many updates including the addition of central AC, fresh paint everywhere, refinished floors and many other improvements.
The kitchen is spacious and fully outfitted with everything you could want. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which flows into one of two living room/lounge areas, each with its own big screen TV.
The family room also has comfortable seating and a large TV for movie night.
The house also has two flat screen TV's and high speed WiFi.
Sleeping Accommodations
There are two bedrooms on the main level which share a full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins.
Upstairs in the main part of the house, you have an additional two bedrooms and another full bath. Those bedrooms have two twins and a queen in one and another queen in the other.
A separate staircase leads to additional bedroom space which may be used for optional sleeping arrangements with owner approval, but linens are not provided .
There is a third full bathroom on the main level between the kitchen and the family room.
