Vacation here and you’ll walk less than five minutes to a private, never crowded, perfect sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. At low tide you can walk straight out more than a mile on the famous Brewster Flats, where kids of all ages make fascinating discoveries in the shallow tidal pools. From this property you can also walk or bike about a mile to most of Brewster’s appealing shops and restaurants along Main Street/Route 6A. Check out the iconic Brewster Store, two bakeries, pizza, sushi, a bookstore, liquor store, convenience store and more.

The property provides a surprising amount of privacy and outdoor living space. There’s a good-sized yard and an ample deck with outdoor seating and an umbrella shaded dining table and chairs. That’s also where you’ll find the gas grill as well as the enclosed outdoor shower. When the sun goes down, gather around the wood burning firepit and do some star gazing. Bring or rent bikes, since the acclaimed Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is only a half mile up the road.

Built in 1954 and completely renovated in 2019, this property is comprised of two structures, a larger cottage and a smaller guest quarters. Given the location and cottage-like exterior, you might expect to find rather rustic interiors in both units. Instead, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find a much more progressive style and décor.  Enter the primary cottage where the white atrium beadboard ceiling and high accent windows help create a light, bright, cheery impression. The tastefully appointed living room has handsome, comfy lounge seating and a large, wall-mounted TV. The updated and charming kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for meal prep. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and is connected to the twin bedroom by a similarly updated Jack & Jill full bath with a step-in shower. The smaller unit features another comfortable queen bed and a sparkling half bath.
