The entire house was recently raised up to provide commanding beach and bay views from the expansive wrap-around deck. The kitchen has been totally renovated, two of the baths have been upgraded and new flooring has been installed.
Located at the northeastern end of popular Skaket Beach, this property provides not only immediate access to the beach, but is bordered by a small tidal stream, Little Namskaket Creek, where kids of all ages love to use anything that floats to 'go with the flow' as the tide waxes and wanes. Sort of Mother Nature's answer to the water park! The beach house has a very large wraparound deck to take full advantage of the 180-degree panoramic beach, Bay and tidal river views. The home provides the vistas from inside as well, thanks to generous windows, full-view doors and skylights. You'll enjoy operating in the light, bright, renovated kitchen with its center island and vaulted ceiling.
There are five bedrooms in the home. On the main level, you'll find one with twins, one with a single twin and another with a Queen. On the upper level, there's the master with a Queen and a second large bedroom with twins plus another single bed with trundle under. The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, wireless Internet and a charcoal grill. There are split air conditioning units in the core living space on the main level and in each of the two second level bedrooms.
The bedrooms on the main level are cooled by fans. From this property, Orleans Center is only a few minutes drive or bike ride, with all its appealing shops and restaurants, supermarkets, Cape Cod League Baseball games, Cape Cod Rail Trail bike paths and much, much more.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $125 reservation fee and an $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee.
