Luxury living, located close to everything you love about Chatham. You can walk less than 15 minutes to popular Oyster Pond Beach. Same distance to Chatham Village, a Cape A-list destination for shops, restaurants, galleries, movie theater, Cape Cod League Baseball and much more. You’re even closer to charming Shore Road and Chatham Bars Inn, the Cape’s venerable luxury resort, for beachfront, tavern style fine dining. It’s only a nine-minute walk to the famous Chatham Fish Pier, where the fish market offers the freshest top of the catch, right off the boat. You’re also close the scenic bike path that beautifully winds its way through town.
Back at the house you’ll relish the private yard, gardens and patio for seaside summer outdoor living at its Chatham best. Rinse the beach sand and salt water off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Fire up the gas grill and dine outside at the umbrella shaded dining table. There’s even a play shed for the kiddos! Round out the evening at the firepit.
Inside you’ll enjoy operating in the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, with its granite counters and topline appliances, including a gas range. There are three padded high boy chairs at the peninsula for casual dining as well. There are two living areas in this house. The main living room is large and stunning with its vaulted exposed beams with shiplap walls and all new furnishings. You’ll also find the dining table in this area with built in seating along with chairs. The smaller lounge area is just off the kitchen.
The main level is where you’ll find the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed and luxurious private bath. Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms both with queen beds as well. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo to service the two bedrooms upstairs. The finished lower level has a TV/lounge area as well as flex sleeping areas. There is a half bath on the lower level also.
The home has central air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable/smart TV’s.
