Nestled in the Chatham Harborside Dunes on a cul de sac just 1.5 miles south of the village, here is a big, beautiful summer headquarters for your group of up to 12. You have sweeping distant views of the water here, and you’ll walk just five minutes through the dunes to the sandy south end of Lighthouse Beach, Chatham’s biggest and best. You can easily walk or bike to town from here.
Enjoy elegant summer living on the fully furnished private patio off the back of the house, home to the gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and fire pit.
You’ll be amazed by the scope and variety of common living spaces in the 4,600 square feet of this rambling beauty. The main level includes the upscale, fully outfitted, renovated kitchen, plus the adjacent dining room in a glistening, glass encased sunroom with skylights and its handsome vaulted ceiling. You’ll find a sitting area off the kitchen plus another large game room with TV and Ping Pong table!
Sleeping accommodations begin with a master suite on the main level, including a private full bath and roomy twin sink vanity. The other bedroom on this level has a pair of comfy twins. There’s a second full bath on this level as well.
The upper level has three more total bedrooms, including a separate guest quarters that is accessed either through one of the upstairs bedrooms, a stairway off the kitchen or an outdoor staircase from the deck. In addition to the living area with tremendous views there is a kitchenette and dining area plus a second master suite with a king size bed and a private full bath. Another bedroom upstairs features a queen bed plus a day bed, and the final bedroom has a full size double plus two twins.
The home is cooled by central air conditioning plus strategically placed split units. It has cable/smart TVs and, of course, high speed Wi-Fi. There is also a finished lower level that’s great for the kids on those less than perfectly sunny days.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 225 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
