It features 6 bedrooms, 4 and a half baths and can sleep 14-16 people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have private baths. The home has plenty of living space with three lounge areas plus two enclosed porches. Relax on the porch with Barnstable Harbor as your back drop or play a game of pool in the upstairs lounge. The custom gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted to prepare any meal. The casual dining room along with a table on the adjacent covered porch provides plenty of seating for all.
Head down the road 600 feet to your private beach on Barnstable Harbor with an amazing view of Sandy Neck Lighthouse across the harbor. Be sure to come back for sunsets each night over the bay! You can also saunter over to Barnstable Harbor for a delicious meal at Mattakeese Wharf, fresh fish from Osterville Fish or hop on a whale watch boat, all within a 5 minute walk from the house! Head a little further into Barnstable Village for more dining options, a local market and gourmet coffee shop.
Head back to the house to round out the day around the fire pit and plan the next day's activities! Plan a trip out to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard from nearby Hyannis or spend a day exploring Main Street Hyannis and the JFK museum.
