About the same to the ferry dock for your day trip to Nantucket. Walk only eight minutes to popular Brax Landing Restaurant. And it’s only a three-minute drive to the center of Harwich Port with all its tempting dining, shopping, galleries, and entertainment options.
Your outdoor living space is focused on the large, private, stone patio where you can fire up the gas grill for dining al fresco at the umbrella shaded table provided. No doubt you’ll want to spend some time in the latest addition – the 5 feet deep, 7 X 13 feet, heated plunge pool. Adjust the temperature to cool off or heat it up to hot tub temp. Enjoy!
The home’s interior has been masterfully designed and finished with an appealing contemporary flair. Wherever you look, you’ll find top-line features and furnishings. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and ready for action. You’ll love the Sub-Zero® and Wolf® appliances, including the superb eight-burner gas range and oven, as well as the unusual arabescato marble counter-tops. The kitchen also provides a large island with counter seating for four, complementing the dining room seating for six. The main level also provides a large, comfortable living room plus a second family room/TV lounge. One of the five bedrooms is here as well. It offers a comfy queen-size bed, a TV and a big and beautiful full private bath.
One of two laundry rooms is located on the main level, as is the half bath off the kitchen.
The upper level is home to the remaining four bedrooms. One is the primary bedroom, a spacious room outfitted with a big king size bed plus a work desk in case someone needs to work remote in peace and quiet. There’s also a second king bedroom on the second level. The third bedroom upstairs has twin beds and the final bedroom has a crib and a few other features sure to please any little one you might have in your group. All the bedrooms include a full private bath en suite.
This home has central air conditioning, cable/smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. There are Sonos® sound system speakers throughout, including the patio, covered porch and primary bedroom, plus the two laundry rooms.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Damage Protection fee totaling $225.
