You’ll love the outdoor summer living here, with the focus on the new, stunning heated saltwater pool, spa and gracious sunny patio with cozy fire pit and shaded pergola. The oversized deck features lounge seating, a huge fire table and an umbrella shaded dining table, where you can dine al fresco, savoring the delicacy of the day from the large gas grill. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower and changing room on the deck. The landscaping is beautiful and the lawn is irrigated to ensure the lush appeal of the yard and gardens all through the season.
When the beach beckons, you have only a three-minute drive to nearby Harborview Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Some in your group may prefer to walk or bike there, leaving the car at the house. Almost adjacent to the beach is Sesuit Harbor and the iconic Sesuit Harbor Café, serving what many locals believe are the best fried clams on the Cape. Dine outside and watch the boats come and go in the channel. Maybe you’ll sign up for a lobster roll cruise, or try your luck charter fishing.
The open concept spaces and accommodations at this property are nothing short of superb. An impressive, cathedral ceiling foyer leads to the core of the main level, comprised of a spacious lounge area adjacent to the generously equipped custom chef’s kitchen with a center island range top. The kitchen counter space is immense, including an extensive counter that opens to the TV lounge with its vaulted ceiling, skylights and oversized custom windows. There are two dining options on the main level, both seat 8 comfortably - A more casual table and chairs just off the kitchen and a more formal dining room just around the corner. Another lounge area with a fireplace adjoins the dining room.
Also on the main level: the washer/dryer and a handy half bath. This home has central air conditioning, cable TV/smart TV, a Sonos sound system and high speed WIFI.
Most of the rest of the main level is occupied by the roomy master bedroom suite, with its big king size bed, flat screen TV and full private bath with a tub and shower combination. You’ll love the elegant tray ceiling and huge walk-in closet in the master.
There are three bedrooms upstairs. A second king bedroom with another flat screen TV is located on this level, with an adjoining bedroom with a double and a single beds. Also on this level is a bedroom with two twin beds along with a full bathroom.
The lower level of the house serves up a game room including a ping pong table.
