You have nearly an acre of seclusion here, and you are only 1.1 mile from delightful Harborview Beach. If you like collecting shells, you’ve come to the right place. At low tide, you can walk for miles on the Flats and discover all sorts of interesting things on the sand and in the tidal pools. It’s Mother Nature’s waterpark for kids of all ages!
Back at the property, your warm weather pleasure is elevated by the wonderful outdoor living spaces, including the centerpiece -- a broad, pergola covered deck overlooking the sweeping yard, well-kept grounds and in-ground swimming pool and patio. The enclosed outdoor shower is located here, as is the gas grill. There is also a covered screened porch to serve as a quiet spot to enjoy that morning coffee. Later, you may want to head back to the beach for another stunning sunset over the bay, then gather around the fire pit at the house to share the day’s adventures and gaze at the stars.
Inside, the exposed beams and skylights heighten your sense of light and space in this home’s luxuriously renovated 4,500 square feet of extraordinary living space. You will relish the spacious open floor plan on the main level. The beautifully appointed and completely outfitted chef’s kitchen has everything you could want, including peninsula high boy seating for up to three kids for lunch or kibitzer assistants during dinner prep. The kitchen is granite and stainless steel throughout.
The kitchen flows into a large, comfortable family room with plenty of lounge seating and a flat screen TV. Also adjoining the kitchen is the large and beautifully appointed dining room. Another good-sized main level relaxation space is provided by a large living room, as well as a smaller den/library. There’s a half bath and laundry here, too.
The home has five discreet bedrooms, each with its own private full bath. There are two queen bedroom suites on the main level. Upstairs you’ll find a primary suite with a king size bed and another with three twins. A third level offers another bedroom with twins plus a trundle.
The loft will provide entertainment with a foosball and a pool table.
The home is air conditioned, provides high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV and smart TVs.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $225.
