You have panoramic views of Chatham Harbor and the Atlantic beyond. You can stumble to Claflin Landing Beach, less than 300 feet from your door. You can walk to Chatham Bars Inn with its irresistible restaurants and popular Beach Bar. And Seaside Links Golf Course is just down the street.
It's also an easy stroll to Chatham Village Center, with shops, restaurants, galleries, band concerts, movie theatre and Cape League baseball that make it a must for most Cape Cod vacationers.
The house is an expanded Cape with 2,340 sq. ft. of living space on three levels. The totally renovated kitchen is granite and stainless steel, equipped with everything you’ll need to operate in style. Try not to be distracted by the water view. The kitchen opens to the dining area, also with water views. The main level includes the comfy living room with lounge seating and a large smart/cable TV. The living room couch is a sleep sofa which pulls out to a queen size bed. There’s also an office on this level where anyone in your party who may have to spend some time working remote can do so in privacy and comfort.
Sliders lead to the elevated deck, where the table and chairs invite you to dine al fresco as often as possible. Which will be very often, thanks to the sweeping water views. Kids will love the expansive level yard where they can run and play safely. You can keep an eye on them from the hot tub on the lawn level where you’ll pleasurably unwind from the day’s activities. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower here, a Cape Cod necessity.
Two of the three bedrooms are on the upper level, each with a king size bed. There’s a full bath on that level as well. The lower level doubles as a bedroom with twins plus a second lounge area with a comfortable couch which converts to a queen bed. There’s a full bath here as well.
This home is completely air conditioned via split/in-wall units and offers high-speed Wi-Fi for your complete connectivity.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195.
