It’s less than 10 minutes on foot to the venerable Chatham Bars Inn and a mile to downtown Chatham, the Cape’s most idyllic village center. It’s also under half a mile to the nearest beach and there are several others within a short drive.
The owners have totally renovated their nearly 3,000 square foot home with many custom features and finishes. The sparkling new, spacious kitchen has everything you could ever want, including that striking, omnipresent ocean view. The bright, airy, open main level living space centers on the beautifully furnished living room, with a flat screen HDTV. The lounge area flows into the cheery, high tone dining room and out to the oversized deck with its panoramic water views. You’ll no doubt choose to dine outside most days. Additional expansive living space is provided by the roomy sun-room with a second, large flat screen TV.
The home offers four bedrooms and three full baths. All four bedrooms are on the second level. There’s the king master with a private full bath en suite. Next, a roomy bedroom with a queen size bed and views of the ocean from your pillow! The final two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There is a second full bath upstairs with a combination tub/shower. The third full bath is on the main level.
Outside, you’ll enjoy the large, private lot and spend many pleasant hours on the big, fully furnished deck with that stunning view. Here you’ll find the gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Another plus: a large level lawn where kids can run and play safely.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 225 .In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay outside of July and August. The property is available for guests year-round and guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
