Enjoy this renovated Chatham home with newer furnishings. The home features a first floor primary suite with a King size bed, modern kitchen, central AC and an irrigated lush green yard. Conveniently located in West Chatham, there are several local shops nearby, including the essentials: a Dunkin Donuts, a package store, an ice cream shop, and a new burger and beer joint (featuring several local beers on draft). 

The home which sleeps 6 has 2 bedrooms with an additional sleeping area. The main floor primary has a King size bed. There is also a queen bed in the additional sleeeping space on the 2nd  level. Finally the bunk-room, an absolute delight for the kids, is also upstairs and features one set of bunks plus two twin beds, sleeping up to 4. There is a quaint seating area on the upper level as well for a second living area. 

 

Outside, relax on the spacious deck and enjoy the large outdoor shower. The spacious irrigated yard provides plenty of room for yard games. The house is well supplied for the quintessential Chatham vacation.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June and September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
