Now it’s a 2,500+ square foot stunning new home with four bedrooms and three full baths. And, of course, it’s still only a three-minute walk to popular Ellis Landing Beach. In this section of the Brewster shore be aware that at extreme high tide, the water can come almost up to the stone revetment, leaving little or no beach for an hour or so, but not to worry the tide will recede in short order.

You're struck by the size of the lot here, as well as its landscaping. All surrounded by 10 acres of Brewster Conservation Trust Land. Hope you like hydrangeas! There’s a very large level lawn where even Dad can whack the whiffle ball and not have it lost in the bushes. There's also a nice outdoor shower and large Weber gas grill.
Inside, you'll love operating in the spacious, bright and fresh kitchen, now with all new granite counters. Note the custom design touches, such the signature arched window over the kitchen sink. Serve meals in the comfortable dining area adjoining the kitchen or more likely al fresco on the handsome new stone patio just outside the kitchen entrance. There's a full size washer and dryer, conveniently tucked into a closet in the kitchen.
The 16’ X 25’ living room comprises the core living space with plenty of comfy seating, centered on the fireplace with a 42" flat screen TV mounted on the bricks. There’s also an alcove at the top of the stairs which has a sleep sofa and wall-mounted TV. This "nook" can be used for additional sleeping space with a full bath directly across the hall.
Primary sleeping accommodations include two master bedroom suites with Queen beds, and the first floor Master includes a full bath en suite with a step-in shower.
