Nestled on a private lot in a private Sheep's Pond neighborhood, this well equipped vacation home offers a unique Brewster experience. Just a 3-5 minute walk down a scenic wooded trail brings you to the north shore of pristine Sheep's Pond. Often referred to as the cleanest pond on Cape Cod, Sheep's Pond offers crystal clear fresh water and ideal swimming and kayaking. The over 1 acre lot offers uncommon privacy and grounds. There's a spacious deck and coy pond.

Inside, there's over 3000 square feet of air conditioned living space. The kitchen is open to the dining room and sitting area. There's a TV room past the kitchen with a game table and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom suite is also on the main level with a king bed and en-suite full bath.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 with 2 twins, 1 with a queen and 1 with a queen and 2 convertible twin beds (also can be used as chairs). There is also a full bath on the upper level.

The house is centrally located so you're only 0.7 miles to the nearest bike trail crossing at Ferretti's market and only a 3 minute drive to Brewster White Caps baseball games. Brewster bayside beaches are only a 5 minute drive or a moderate bike ride. Unusual privacy and space coupled with a short walk to an ideal Brewster pond make this home a unique way to enjoy Brewster.
