Enjoy a bayside beach vacation in a timeless cottage tucked into the dunes near Ellis Landing. This classic cottage is a mere 30- seconds from a private beach on Cape Cod Bay. In this section of the Brewster shore be aware that at extreme high tide, the water can come almost up to the stone revetment, leaving little or no beach for an hour or so, but not to worry the tide will recede in short order.
Inside the cottage you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove top. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and WiFi. There is also an enclosed front porch area (with windows and shades) that's great for relaxing out of the sun or enjoying a meal at the dining table. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. There is also a Queen sized pull out couch in the living room.
The location is extremely convenient. You can walk or bike up to Route 6A in short order and find a book store, liquor store, pizza, and bakery as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Major grocery shopping is about a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or E. Harwich. Another plus: On your bike, you are just minutes away from the Cape bike trails.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.
