Location
The beach house is about as close to the water as you can be without being directly on it. Walk out the front door and straight ahead to a short, shaded path and your feet are in the sand in 45 seconds. The location also provides ready access to Route 6A in Brewster with its shopping and restaurant options, plus nearby Cape Cod bike paths and Cape Cod League Baseball at Stony Brook School on Underpass Road.
Outside Living Space
The master bedroom walks out to a large second level deck. There are limited water views from this deck and slightly better from the main level deck, which wraps around two sides of the house. The grill runs on a natural gas line, so there is no propane tank to refill.
Inside Living Space
The home has a bright, airy, contemporary feel with a vaulted ceiling and plenty of full view windows in the main living area, which includes the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There are two full baths on the main level. This home is centrally air conditioned and has WiFi and cable TV.
Sleeping Accommodations
There are three bedrooms total:
Two bedrooms are on the main level. These two bedrooms have a queen size bed and a full size double bed, respectively.
On the upper level is the master bedroom with a king bed. The master bedroom includes a private, luxurious full bath and sliders to the second level deck.
