Location

Situated just off Route 6A in the heart of Brewster, this renovated ranch sits 0.9 miles from Point of Rocks Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay and 1.1 miles to Breakwater Beach. At low tide, you can walk for a mile or more on the Brewster Flats, where kids of all ages enjoy discovering tidal pool creatures. You’re only minutes from inviting restaurants, shops, ice cream, including the popular Brewster Fish House, which is in easy walking distance.

Outside Living Space

A slider from the dining area opens to a large private deck for summer outdoor living. The deck includes both a charcoal and a gas grill. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower just off the deck.

You'll discover a storage shed with folding chairs for the beach, as well as some beach toys for the kids.   .

Inside Living Space

The home features a large comfortable living room with colorful décor, abundant lounge seating and a big 70-inch Sony TV for watching the Red Sox or planning a movie night with the family. You'll be impressed by the quality of this house, whose fastidious owner does a superb job of keeping things up and ready for your ideal vacation.

Sleeping Accommodations

King master bedroom has a private en suite full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share the second full bath.

Both the king and queen bedrooms have a TV.

All bedrooms are on the main level of the house.
