Location
This cottage is part of a cottage community called Brewster Dunes. The community owns about five acres directly on the beach. Only 13 cottages share a 450' sandy private beach, so it is never crowded. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this!
Walk 10 minutes or less up to Main Street in Brewster (Route 6A), where you’ll find everything from a bakery, book store, and liquor store to pizza, sushi, café, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention a variety of restaurants. Major grocery shopping is a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or East Harwich. Another plus: On your bike, you are just minutes away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.
Outside Living Space
It's an absolutely ideal location and setting, directly on one of the best private sandy beaches on the Bay. The tide goes way out at low tide, creating the famous "Brewster Flats," where you can walk a mile or more straight out and make all kinds of interesting discoveries in the warm tidal pools.
Think of it as Mother Nature’s Water Park! Or simply sit on the beach in the Adirondack chairs provided and marvel at the view.
Inside Living Space
The covered porch adds bonus living space with Bay views you'll never get tired of. Many families serve most of their meals at the table out there. The master bedroom has a slider that walks right out to the porch – a great way to start every day on the beach! There’s an enclosed outdoor shower conveniently located on your way back from the beach, where you can rinse off sand and salt. There’s also a charcoal grill on the side deck.
Indoor Living Space
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, but please note there is no dishwasher. There’s a good sized dining table and chairs just off the kitchen, which adjoins the living room with comfy lounge seating and a TV with cable. There is one bathroom with a step-in shower. Also there is a washer/dryer and WiFi, of course.
Sleeping Accommodations
There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a Queen, another bedroom with a double and the third bedroom with a single twin with a pull-out trundle under. Each has a split unit air conditioner for customized cooling control.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September-November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
