Some of our homes that sleep 10 are actually located on the water, enabling you to paddleboard to your heart’s content without having to go far. Additionally, some of our waterfront homes will provide paddleboards or kayaks so you don’t have to rent any.

We’re staying in Brewster, are there any live performance theaters there or do we have to travel further out?

Brewster is an amazing town, and its Cape Rep Theater is where we go for a night out on the town in Brewster. Offering Shakespeare one night, a comedy performance the next night, even musicals that your kids will love, we are constantly amazed at the range of the talented actors performing each night.

We do not want to eat out every night and we also don’t want to do kitchen chores alone, are the kitchens in your large homes big enough for more than one cook to share the space?

Every room in our large home is large enough to easily handle the needs of large groups, and that includes our kitchens that may offer multiple dishwashers and refrigerators to make chores and feeding all your favorite people easier.

The living rooms of our large retreats aren’t just large enough to handle your party of 10, they are also comfortable enough that you may find more than one person napping on plush sofas throughout your stay. Snoozing on couches, drifting off in the middle of scrolling through TikTok, even snoring from that overstuffed chair by the window as books fall unheeded to the floor, and the final credits of the movie begin rolling with most viewers falling asleep long before the climax of the show.

The tour of comfort continues into a room that is not often considered a comfortable one, but we at Pretty Picky Properties have always wondered why this is so. The dining room is often the center of family life, serving as the spot where major milestones are celebrated and family traditions carry on, so while our dining areas will also offer enough seats surrounding the tables that are at the centerpiece of the room, those chairs will also be comfortable ones. Encouraging our guests to go back for seconds of grandma’s favorite casserole, created just steps away in our luxuriously appointed and fully equipped kitchens, pour themselves a second or even third glass of wine that comes from the Truro Vineyards right here on Cape Cod, or start passing out the money and game pieces for Monopoly one more time before heading off to the next comfortable rooms for the night. You can never enjoy too many family moments and many of our “Sleeps 10” sanctuaries may also provide shelves loaded with books, games, and movies, ensuring that every night will be your favorite.
