Tradition with a Modern Twist

Tradition is important to us here on Cape Cod and is apparent nearly everywhere you look. The Kennedys have come back to their Hyannis home year after year for generations, many of our most popular restaurants have sat in the same location for decades, ran by the same families, and the festivals and events we offer have history as well, including the Chatham 4th of July parade that has been a holiday tradition for over 100 years.

But as much as we like things to stay the same, we still get excited over the new and modern, and at Pretty Picky Properties, self-check-in capability was one of those things that excited us most. This is a modern update that helps all parties, as the property manager doesn’t have to wait around for the guest, and the guest can check in no matter what time they arrive at their rental.

More Modern Amenities

Self-check-in is great and everything, but if it were all we had to offer, we’re sure you would start looking in other directions for your vacation accommodation needs! Fortunately, we are very proud of all the modern amenities we offer, including modern kitchens with updated appliances and wine refrigerators in many, because with two wineries located right here on Cape Cod, you want to be able to stock up and enjoy during your stay! Our larger properties also stray from the traditional in that you may find two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and two sets of washers and dryers, making travel life so much easier on larger families.

High-speed internet is perhaps the biggest technological amenity that our guests are very appreciative for, as it often lets them extend their vacation time and work from our homes! Televisions are often smart ones, featuring large flat screens and pictures so clear, you won’t want to look away from the screen!
