Welcome to Mill Point Landing! Set in an upscale classic Cape Cod neighborhood, the property is ideally set up accommodate your group of up to 14. The property consists of a main house with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths along with the guest house with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bath. 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths in all.
The neighborhood has a private beach that stretches several hundred feet so you’ll always be able to set up base camp with plenty of room on the beach. The beach is a 2–3-minute walk from the house. Enjoy the warm water and cool breezes off Nantucket Sound just steps from the house.
Back at the house, you’ll love the modern fully equipped kitchen. It’s open to the dining room and living room beyond. The vaulted living room offers tons of space and flows out to the pergola covered deck area for relaxing al fresco. There’s also one bedroom on main level with a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs there is a bunk room (sleeps 4) with a private bath, 1 room with two twin beds, one with a full and a generous primary bedroom suite with a King bed and luxurious private bath.
The guest house is accessed via a covered porch and is its own self-contained home should it be needed as such. There’s a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath.
There’s also a spacious yard for recreation with lawn games supplied. A quick bike or car ride takes you to downtown Dennis Port (1.0 mile) or Harwich Port (1.8 miles) and there are restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. Mill Point Landing is an ideal vacation headquarters multi-family or multi-generational groups looking for a classic Cape Cod experience.
