The allure of this newer-construction property begins with its exceptional outdoor living space, the centerpiece of which is a superb heated pool and hot tub in a private setting. When the beach beckons, you are a short walk (less than a half mile) to beautiful Pleasant Road Beach on Nantucket Sound.
Enter the home to discover that loving attention has been paid to every detail, with high-end finishes throughout. The social, chef-inspired kitchen is just off the great room, where the whole group will gather to share the day’s adventures. Also on the main level you will find a beautiful sun porch, the perfect place for puzzles or board games with the kids.
You’ll relish the comfort of six spacious bedrooms, each of which has its own ensuite full bath. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first master bedroom has a king size bed and steam shower in the ensuite bath. The other main level bedroom also features a comfy king bed with ensuite bath.
The home is unique with three different upper level areas. The first is above the garage and has its own entrance, providing plenty of privacy. In addition to the queen bedroom and ensuite bath, this section includes a comfortable lounge area with sofa, large windows and a TV.
The second upper level suite is a spacious bunk room. There are two sets of bunk beds that are built-in and offer plenty of head room on the lower and upper bunks. Of course, there is an ensuite full bath here as well.
The final upper level sleeping area includes two more bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen, each with a full bath ensuite.
In the evenings or on days when the weather isn’t ideal, you have the perfect option: the fully finished lower level, which features a ping pong table, a sectional couch, TV, separate game table room and even a yoga/exercise area! Plenty of room for hours of indoor fun. Naturally, the home has central AC, Wi-Fi and two outdoor showers.
All of this luxury at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to Harwich Port Center and walking distance to an ideal Nantucket Sound Beach!
