It’s one of only eight units in a new condo complex, directly on the water. Just completed in 2022, this three-bedroom condo offers upscale accommodations. The unit has two private balcony's overlooking the ocean along with a private gas grill and outdoor space. Ocean Heights units have direct access to a small private beach and large private balcony that sits directly at the ocean's edge. This is all in addition to close proximity to the most appealing restaurants, shops and activities in Dennis Port.

Please note that during most high tides, the water comes up to the stone revetment, so there is little or no beach for a couple of hours. However, a neighboring town beach always has an exposed beach, regardless of the tides. The balcony also serves as an option for beach chairs if you'd like more privacy.

Walk next door to the highly acclaimed Ocean House Restaurant and start your evening with a cocktail at their inviting Beach Bar or head over to the Pelham House Restaurant for fresh sushi or lobster rolls. After a sumptuous meal, walk just nine minutes to Sundae School Ice Cream for dessert. Also within a five minute drive you’ll discover Holiday Hill Mini-Golf and in the opposite direction, the very cool Red Nun Bar & Grill. 

Back at the condo, you’ll enjoy the fully equipped, totally new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There’s a handsome center island with two high boy seats. The kitchen flows into the tidy dining area, which in turn, opens to the living room with comfy lounge seating and a wall mounted smart TV. Walk down to the lower level and find a second TV lounge area along with a bedroom with twins, a full bath and the washer/dryer. The upper level is home to two more bedrooms, each offering a comfy queen bed and private bath en suite . The condo has a total of 3.5 baths. One of the queen bedrooms walks out to an upper level deck with an even better, elevated view of the Sound.

This home is fully air conditioned by in-wall split units, offers high speed Wi-Fi, a SONOS® sound system, and cable/smart TV.
