The cottage has 3 bedrooms and one updated bathroom. Recently installed central AC will keep you comfortable on those warm summer days.

Head down the road 600 feet to your private beach on Barnstable Harbor with an amazing view of Sandy Neck Lighthouse across the harbor. Be sure to come back for sunsets each night over the bay! You can also saunter over to Barnstable Harbor for a delicious meal at Mattakeese Wharf, fresh fish from Osterville Fish or hop on a whale watch boat, all within a 5 minute walk from the house! Head a little further into Barnstable Village for more dining options, a local market and gourmet coffee shop.

Plan a trip out to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard from nearby Hyannis or spend a day exploring Main Street Hyannis and the JFK museum. The cottage ideally equipped for your ideal Cape experience.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
