If you're looking for an easy, quick walk to a private neighborhood bayside beach, and a larger place with plenty of living space for your group of up to eight, you've found it right here in Brewster! Something to keep in mind about the beach: the water can come right up to the stone revetment at extreme high tide covering most if not all of the beach for a couple of hours. However you can still swim at high tide even if you cannot sit on the beach for a little while.
The most outstanding advantage of this vacation home, in addition to its close proximity to the beach is its remarkable abundance of outdoor living space. You have an oversized screened porch with lounge seating and a convenient dining area. On top of that, literally, is a just-as-big second level open deck. As if that's not enough, there's another large open deck on the main level just off the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen, by the way, is big, bright and fully equipped and includes a handy peninsula with high boy chairs for lunch or a snack for the kids.
Speaking of kids, they'll love the separate lounge room with a flat screen TV, where they can spread out and enjoy a space all their own. Or head down to the basement game room for a game of ping pong or Foosball. They'll probably toss a Frisbee or football or maybe start a whiffle ball game in the large level yard.
Meanwhile, adults can socialize in the separate main level living room, although even if it rains, you'll probably prefer to gather on the screened porch.
There are three large bedrooms in the home, including a roomy master on the second level with a luxurious king size bed. Also upstairs, you'll find a spacious second bedroom with plenty of room for the four twin beds that live there. The main level has a third bedroom with a comfy queen size bed. Linens are provided. Two full baths, one up and one down.
This home has central air conditioning, WiFi and cable TV. There's a full size gas grill and an enjoyable, enclosed outdoor shower. There are beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach. Owners will consider one small pet.
Yet another plus for this location: You can easily walk to a coffee shop, pizza and sports bar, the Ocean Edge resort beach bar, a liquor store, book store, sushi, convenience store, bakery, restaurants and ice cream.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
