You’ll love what new owners have done to update and upgrade your vacation experience at this roomy, cheery home in a popular Brewster bayside neighborhood. Walk just three-five minutes to a private association beach, and at low tide, as much as a mile or so straight out on the famous Brewster Flats. The water can come right up to the stone revetment at extreme high tide covering most if not all of the beach for a couple of hours. However you can still swim at high tide even if you cannot sit on the beach for a little while.
Head up the road in the other direction and enjoy casual dining, a gourmet coffee shop, bakery, book store, convenience store, hardware store, liquor store, sushi, pizza, and much more right along Route 6A in East Brewster.
This home's kitchen opens into a big and bright, vaulted ceiling common living space with comfy furnishings. Walk out to a private outdoor living space with gas grill and outdoor shower. Kids have good yard space to play safely when they come off the beach. In the evening, enjoy the fire pit in the back yard.
There’s a half bath on the main level. The master suite is here, too, with its comfy king size bed and a full private bath en suite. The upper level has three bedrooms, one with a queen, one with three twins, one with a full size double and a twin. There’s another full bath upstairs as well.
There’s a game room on the lower level to keep the kids occupied and happy. The TV there is for gaming only. The home has central air conditioning which is augmented by in-line split units. There is cable TV and WiFi, of course.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195 .In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of 31 days or less that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
