Plan your summer vacation in this gorgeous newly renovated cottage with a three minute walk to a beautiful Cape Cod Bay beach. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances and everything you need to prepare any meal. The open concept includes a dining area and a living room with a flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen, one with 2 twins and the final with bunk beds (two twins). The new bathroom is stunning with all modern features. You'll no doubt spend quality time on the deck just off the dining room outfitted with a table and chairs. The house includes central air conditioning, wifi, a Weber gas grill, and wood floors throughout the house.
Down at the beach you can often see Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown at the tip of the Cape, and after you watch the sun set into the water, you will marvel at the stunning afterglow in the sky across the entire Bay. The beaches in Brewster are spectacular. The Brewster Bayside beaches, nicknamed by locals “the Brewster Flats”, were named #3 by Travel and Leisure in the America’s Most Beautiful Coastal Views category. Brewster beaches boast gentle surf, soft sand, warm water, and changes in appearance every few hours. At low tide, the beach reveals tidal flats and smooth sand bars, great for walking (sturdy enough for baby joggers), friendly pick-up Whiffle Ball games, oyster farms visits, and exploration. Low tide is a great time to relax and read, while kids get busy hunting for hermit crabs, minnows, and other beach creatures found by the bucketful in the clean, warm water tidal pools. At high tide the gentle surf and warm water make for excellent swimming, kayaking, or stand up paddle boarding. Very gradual elevation changes and gentle surf make for an easy water entry and exit for little ones.
Walk or bike to nearby Route 6A (Main Street) for a coffee shop, bakery, convenience store, book store, sushi, pizza, ice cream, restaurant choices and the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike paths. It’s the ideal family vacation situation!
