It's hard to find a more perfect location and set up in Chatham to enjoy the very best of the town. A scant 5–10-minute walk brings you to downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond Beach, Veterans Field for Chatham A’s games or even over to Chatham Bars Inn. 
The property has two structures, a main house and a guest house and sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The main house has been recently remodeled and is expertly outfitted in form and function. The main level consists of a cozy living area, a dining room and a custom kitchen. There’s also a pleasant patio just off the kitchen for dining al fresco. You’ll find the primary bedroom on the main level that features a King size bed and a modern private bathroom. 
Upstairs in the main house you’ll encounter 3 additional bedrooms: 1 with a queen, 1 with 2 twins and the 3rd with a full double. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well. 
Next door at the guest house, you’ll find a living area with a large sectional couch and an oversized bar area as well. The full bathroom is on the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find a loft area with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping flexibility. There’s also a proper bedroom up here with a queen bed. 
The hot tub is located on a patio next to the guest house and overlooks the spacious yard area with plenty of privacy. The lot size and privacy are rare this close to downtown Chatham.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.
