There are two master suites with a King bed in each and private full baths as well as a room with 2 twins. There is an in-law suite with a separate staircase that provides a quiet retreat for family members who may need extra space and is equipped with two twin beds and a private full bath. The final bedroom is located on the lower level with two twin beds and yet another full bath.
 

The kitchen is filled with the highest quality appliances and granite counter tops. The brand new furnishings are hand selected to create a subtle elegance and relaxing atmosphere.The over-sized deck offers idyllic views of Pleasant Bay and looks across the water to Chatham's Eastward Ho Golf Club. There is also a screen porch to escape any insect pests.The home is centrally cooled and has wireless internet. Although you do not have direct water access from the property, Quanset Landing is 500 feet away, a great place to drop a kayak or small boat and explore Pleasant Bay (2 double kayaks are provided for guests).  A favorite destination is nearby Sipson Island, a publicly owned island with beaches, walking trails and natural beauty.  Just over a mile by kayak will bring you to this gem on Pleasant Bay-LINK for more details.
