Overlooking Cockle Cove Marsh and out to Nantucket Sound you’ll find this fully renovated cottage with a kitchen (no traditional oven, but with a countertop oven) that is open to a living/dining area. The main feature is the expansive deck with a large sectional couch and outdoor dining table. The views of the marsh and Sound are spectacular!
The main level has a bedroom with a King size bed and there’s a full bath on the main level as well. Upstairs in the loft, there are two queen beds for extra sleep space.
Beach access is a breeze as you walk 1000 feet to Cockle Cove Beach on Nantucket Sound. Beach chairs are provided along with kayaks if you are so inclined. Head to Chatham Village or Harwich Port center in about 10 minutes by car for eclectic dining and shopping. Don’t forget the bikes! The Old Colony Rail Trail is under a mile from the house. Come enjoy one-of-a-kind accommodations in Chatham!
