You’ll appreciate the quality accommodations at this neat-as-a-pin vacation home -- and the peace and quiet in its appealing South Chatham neighborhood. Walk less than 5 minutes to a perfect, sandy beach at the end of Pleasant Street. Here you’ll find plenty of worthy additions to your shell collection. Or you can launch a kayak and paddle over to nearby Monomoy Island to marvel at its ever-changing bird sanctuary. This beach is also a favorite of para-surfers and wind surfers. Come back for sunset. You’ll see some beauties from here.
The house provides much more living space than you would think from the attractive curb view. There are two separate lounge areas on the main level, one with a good sized flat screen HD TV, plus additional lounge seating on the finished lower level. Down there you’ll also find another large flat screen HD TV, a Foosball table, card table and ping pong. The main level has a well-equipped social kitchen and convenient dining area. Walk out to the deck where the comfy furnishings include a dining table with umbrella. Here you’ll also find the gas grill and an enclosed, outdoor shower around the corner on the side of the house.
The bedrooms, all on the main level, include a king master with full bath en suite and HD TV, a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with twins. Those last two bedrooms share a second full bath. This home has central air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of less than 31 days that total 12.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
