Welcome to waterfront living on scenic Ryder’s Cove in beautiful North Chatham. You’ll be charmed by the ever changing flotilla of leisure craft at moorings stretched out across the cove before you. Get set for superb sunsets as you relax on the elevated, west-facing deck. Explore the Cove in kayaks provided for guest use. Or walk out on the extended dock, shared with your neighbor, and view the cove and boats from yet another enticing perspective. Even indoors, you’ll enjoy sweeping water views from most rooms in this comfortable vacation home.
You’ll love the location, only a three-minute drive from popular Jackknife Beach on Pleasant Bay, where the sandy beach beckons swimmers, waders and sun bathers. Hop on anything inflatable and ride the “lazy river,” a special treat for kids of all ages. Walk or bike only half a mile from the house to discover the handsome Eastward Ho! Golf Club, where you can walk, run or bike with magical views of the green golf course contrasted against blue, beguiling Pleasant Bay.
In less than 10 minutes you can be in charming Chatham Village, ready to explore perhaps Cape Cod’s most coveted destination for intriguing shops, restaurants, arts and entertainment.
The 2300 square foot home has three levels of living space, plenty of room for your group of up to eight. The common living space on the main level takes maximum advantage of elevated water views. The fully equipped kitchen is bright and cheery. It opens to the family room and dining area. Adjacent to this open area is the living room, which also pleasantly overlooks the cove. These rooms walk out to the oversized, wrap-around deck with plenty of comfortable fair weather seating, for relaxing and enjoying the mesmerizing water vistas. Your choice of a gas or charcoal grill. There’s a half bath on the main level, as well.
Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed and a large full bath en suite. Down the hall the second bedroom has a twin with trundle under. There’s also a separate den/study, which can serve as an ideal work station for you and your laptop. Another full bath is located here as well. The two other bedrooms are on the lower level, one with a queen size bed, one with a twin with trundle under. This last sleeping space doubles as a small TV lounge. There’s a third full bath here, as well as a game room with a foosball table.
The home has central air conditioning as well as in-wall units on the main and upper level. The lower level has a split unit in the bedroom with the queen size bed. The home is also equipped with cable and smart TV, SONOS sound system and high speed Wi-Fi. One dog may be permitted with an additional pet fee, please ask.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 12.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during the shoulder and off-season. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
