Launch the owner provided kayaks just a few yards from the house! You can swim here, too, as the lake offers a sandy bottom at this location. Here you’re also just a three-minute drive from Jackknife Cove with its big, inviting sandy beach on Pleasant Bay. And just an eight-minute drive from Chatham Village, a destination for many Cape vacationers due to its concentration of unique shops, restaurants, galleries, Cape Cod League baseball and many other one-of-a-kind attractions.
The main level of the home serves up some very appealing open common space. The living room/TV lounge has plenty of comfy seating and a wall-mounted smart TV. The adjacent dining room presents a beautiful pond view. And the attractive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to operate in style. The main level provides two bathrooms, both recently renovated.
Main level sleeping includes two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a queen plus a twin with a pull-out trundle under. The master bedroom is upstairs and has its own full, private bath with a step-in shower and separate soaking tub. The master walks out to that wonderful elevated deck with pleasing pond views.
The home is centrally air conditioned, provides high speed Wi-Fi and includes an enclosed outdoor shower and Weber gas grill.
