The 1.3-acre level lot is advantageously located in an East Orleans neighborhood on “The River.” This tidal, deep-water stream winds its way out to Little Pleasant Bay, which takes you into the larger Pleasant Bay and the Atlantic beyond. Launch your boat at the handy neighborhood ramp and go cruising or fishing whenever the mood strikes you. The new town dock is only 300 yards from the house for convenient loading and unloading.
This location has additional advantages. You’re only a half mile from East Orleans Village and the gourmet appeal of Nauset Farms Market with its farm fresh produce, sumptuous sandwiches and superb butcher shop. Walk to the village after dinner for a visit to Smitty’s Homemade Ice Cream shop. Or drive four minutes to the shops and restaurants of Orleans Center. All this, and you’re only a five-minute drive from Nauset Beach, Cape Cod’s best.
Grab the basketball or pickle ball paddles so you can take advantage of your own private sport court, designed to accommodate any of those activities. Or break out the whiffle ball and bat. You certainly have plenty of level yard where you can belt the ball and never worry about losing it in the bushes.
