Launch your boat at the handy neighborhood ramp and go cruising or fishing whenever the mood strikes you. The new town dock is only 300 yards from the house for convenient loading and unloading.

You’re only a half mile from East Orleans Village and the gourmet appeal of Nauset Farms Market with its farm fresh produce, sumptuous sandwiches and superb butcher shop.
