The owners of this adorable cottage have completed many upgrades to give the cottage the classic Cape feel with all the modern comforts. The private beach is a approximately 75 steps away so a trip back to the house for a bathroom break or snack is a breeze! In this section of the Brewster shore be aware that at extreme high tide, the water can come almost up to the stone revetment, leaving little or no beach for an hour or so, but not to worry the tide will recede in short order.

The home features an updated full bathroom, new outdoor shower, new floors, new furnishings, new AC units in all bedrooms and living areas, new tank-less water heater, and a newly enclosed front porch with sliding windows. There are two flat screen Smart TV's, with DVD players, and WiFi to stay connected, and a washer/dryer off the entryway.

Located in the popular Ellis Landing Beach neighborhood, the property is on a private association beach. At extreme high tide the water comes up to the stone revetment that secures the shore against erosion. At all other times you have plenty of beach right in front of the property. And of course, at low tide, you can walk the famous Brewster Flats for miles in any direction, including straight out! You can easily walk or bike up to Main Street in Brewster (Route 6A) and find a small grocery store, casual dining restaurant, pizza, sushi, sports bar, convenience store, book store, bakery and more. But make sure you’re back at the beach house for the sunset over the bay.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
