A classic Brewster cottage on an elevated lot overlooking Cape Cod Bay, this property is an ideal beach retreat. The large open yard is unusual to find this close to the bay. There is lots of yard space for recreation. Walk 30 seconds to a small set of stairs to the private sandy beach. You'll enjoy swimming at high tide and wandering the flats when the tide recedes. You'll also enjoy magnificent sunsets over the bay each night.
Back at the house, you have everything you need to prepare any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. There's also a charcoal grill for cooking al fresco. Dine on the outdoor picnic table as the waves crash on the beach below you. There are two bedrooms on the main level: one with a queen and one with two twins. There is a full bath on the main level. There are two more bedrooms upstairs with the same bedding arrangement 1 queen and 2 twins along with a second full bath. The room with the twins also has a daybed for sleeping flexibility.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195 .In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June and September – October. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
Small non-shedding dogs will be considered. There is a $150 pet fee.
