Everybody in your group will feel comfortable in this roomy, superb vacation home in a small, upscale Brewster neighborhood. Here you are central to everything you vacation on the Cape for. Drive four minutes to sandy Breakwater Beach on the bay, where at low tide, you can walk more than a mile straight out toward Provincetown. Bike five minutes to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, where it runs by the popular Ferretti’s Market, known for its deli and tempting meats for the grill. Point your bike in the opposite direction and in five minutes you’re at the iconic Brewster Store for morning coffee, a newspaper or maybe some fresh homemade fudge.
At the house, outdoor living is centered on the large, heated pool and its adjacent spa. So when the kids come off the beach, the splashing fun continues, while the adults sit back, relax and occasionally referee. The large level yard gives kids plenty of safe outdoor play space. You’ll likely take most of your meals out on the deck, overlooking the patio and pool. Here, you’ll also find the enclosed outdoor shower, a big gas grill, and a fire pit where the socializing continues under the stars.
Inside, the open, social, modern floor plan of 3,500 well appointed square feet, pleasurably accommodates your group up to 10. The upscale, up-to-date kitchen is fully equipped, including granite counters, a large center island and a six-burner gas range. There’s a comfy TV lounge off one side of the kitchen, which walks out through French doors to the deck, patio and pool. The good sized dining area is also just off the kitchen, as is a convenient half bath.
The main level also houses the primary master bedroom suite with plenty of space, a king size bed and a big, beautiful full bath en suite. The upper level includes two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a full size double and single twin. These two bedrooms share another full bath with a tub/shower combination. Also on the second level, you’ll discover another master suite promising privacy, given with its own separate entrance. This oversized suite offers two queen size beds, a private full bath and an amazing amount of space. This home provides central air conditioning on the main level with window units for the upper level bedrooms. There is cable TV and high-speed WiFi, of course.
