Like you, we own a prime vacation property on Lower Cape Cod. We love that place. Our spirits brighten the minute we open the door, walk out on that porch and take in the sweeping view of Cape Cod Bay. We also want and expect to generate fair market rental income from our property - and here's the key - without worrying about the property or the guests all summer.

If you feel as we do, we should talk about listing your property. First, we'll meet with you at your property to make sure we're both on the same page about quality.

We'll take the time conventional agents won't to conduct detailed, personal interviews with those who inquire. We'll recruit vacationers who see themselves as guests in your highly valued home, not tenants in cheap rental property. For them, the vacation experience is the priority, not the price.

If you're renting for the first time, we'll be happy to market only a few weeks the first season, so you can sample the Pretty Picky experience with low or no risk. Unlike the big agencies, we have no required minimum number of weeks. We do ask that the weeks you assign
to us are exclusively ours, just to avoid the possibility of having the same property and same weeks
advertised at different rates by different agents.
