How to Book
Once you're convinced one of our Pretty Picky Properties is perfect for your vacation, we'll send you our simple Short-Term Vacation Rental Agreement. To lock in the week or weeks you have in mind, just complete and return one copy of the Agreement with your check for 50% of the rent total by the date indicated. The balance of your rent, along with a security deposit (amount varies by property) must be received by us on or before May 1 (or a later date if you book later in the spring). We'll return your security deposit in full within 30 days after your stay, assuming there is no damage, loss or extra cleaning assessed. |

Refunds
If you have to cancel your vacation for any reason after you've submitted one or both payments, but before you take occupancy, we will refund your payment or payments in full, less 20% - if we are able to re-rent the same term for an equal or greater rate. If we re-rent for a lower rate than you paid, we'll refund you your payments less the difference or 20% whichever is greater. We'll send you any such refund within 30 days following the specified rental term.
Guest Guidelines Pretty Picky Property owners may request that you sign and return a copy of the "Guest Guidelines," which is your pledge to abide by certain owner and neighborhood expectations during your stay. |
