Inside, the home has a bright, airy, contemporary feel, with a vaulted ceiling and plenty of full view windows in the main living space, which includes the living room, dining area and kitchen. The result is a great sense of light and space. There are three bedrooms, two on the main level and the master bedroom with a king upstairs. The master bedroom adjoins its own private, luxurious full bath, including a step-in shower with a skylight. The master bedroom walks out to a large second level deck You have limited water views from there, slightly better from the main level deck which wraps around two sides of the house. No propane to refill for the grill -- it's on a natural gas line. This home is centrally air conditioned, has WiFi and cable TV.
The location gives you ready access to Route 6A in Brewster, with all its shopping and restaurant choices. You're also quite close to the Cape Cod bike paths and Cape Cod League Baseball at Stony Brook School on Underpass Road.
